​TRACY, CALIF. – Transwestern today announces it represented Loja Real Estate LLC in the acquisition of Tracy Corners Shopping Center for $15.25 million. The grocery-anchored, 86,943-square-foot center is located at 770 – 780 Clover Road and 3001 – 3323 N. Tracy Blvd. in Tracy, California. Transwestern Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Services Michael Cisternino and Associate Kyle Snyder represented the buyer in the transaction.

“The stabilized, diverse tenant mix at Tracy Corners Shopping Center made it an attractive investment, offering a quality return in a competitive market with limited inventory,” said Cisternino.

Anchored by Mi Pueblo Food Center, the shopping center’s other tenants include Harbor Freight Tools and O’Reilly Auto Parts. Located off Interstate 205 between Prime Outlets and the West Valley Mall, Tracy Corners Shopping Center is one of the largest retail/shopping centers to trade hands in Stanislaus County.
