Walnut Creek, CALIF. – Transwestern today announces Ben Rishwain has joined the company’s Walnut Creek office as Vice President. With experience in both the retail sector and commercial real estate investment, he will focus on identifying and underwriting investment properties, as well as leasing retail product in the Bay Area and Central Valley.

“Our retail and investment teams are committed to providing guidance and in-depth analysis above and beyond the typical due diligence and investment service,” said Transwestern’s Edward F.
