Transwestern is extending its leading real estate service capabilities globally through a newly formed strategic alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate, the Company announced today.

The alliance will focus on occupier clients and enhance services to both companies’ clients throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and the U.S. The partners will seamlessly deliver service across borders managed by a single point of contact, provide a consistently high level of service through close-knit teams and serve clients more effectively due to their combined offerings and global reach.

As COO, Doran works to ensure that the needs of clients are met both domestically and globally.  Additionally, along with Garfield, he will provide strategic guidance to the BNP Paribas Real Estate relationship.  Prior to joining Transwestern, Garfield served as president and CEO of global real estate for Vivendi Universal in Paris, and with the Walt Disney Company he directed the firm’s worldwide real estate business and development activities in Hong Kong, London and Paris.
