As landlord brokers, Transwestern Government Services team members have done transactions ranging from small, short term renewals to some of the largest and most complex lease transactions in the country.  Over the past decade, we have brokered 15 leases over 100,000 SF, with 5 leases over 400,000 SF.  When working on a particular asset or portfolio, Transwestern Government Services can assume complete control of a project's federal government marketing and leasing program, or provide select consulting services to assist with any aspect of the space procurement process.
