Transwestern Government Services has more than 30 years of collective experience in providing real estate solutions for building owners seeking to lease space to GSA tenants, independent government bodies and other quasi-government entities. In addition to significant government leasing experience, we also provide an insider's understanding of both financial and non-economic items that are of critical importance to the federal government. Having spent over a decade as in-house brokers for the General Services Administration, Transwestern Government Services brokers know federal leasing from the inside. They have seen virtually every type of federal leasing transaction, from simplified acquisitions and lease extensions to Congressional-level headquarters consolidations. Government Services team members represented the federal government in over 5 million SF of office lease transactions ranging from 2,000 SF to over 400,000 SF. As attorneys with both considerable lease transaction and tenant relations experience with various governmental departments nationally, our team has a thorough understanding of what the government looks for from both a physical and transactional standpoint.

As landlord brokers, Transwestern Government Services team members have done transactions ranging from small, short term renewals to some of the largest and most complex lease transactions in the country. Over the past decade, we have brokered 15 leases over 100,000 SF, with 5 leases over 400,000 SF. When working on a particular asset or portfolio, Transwestern Government Services can assume complete control of a project's federal government marketing and leasing program, or provide select consulting services to assist with any aspect of the space procurement process.
